Quick guide WT Cashier Xpress Management v6.0:

📊 Dashboard

  • Summary of total invoices & status — Paid, Processing, Zero.
  • Button Backup Data to save a copy of all data to a JSON file.
  • Button Restore Data to restore from a backup file.

📄 Invoice

  • Tap + Create New Invoice for a new invoice.
  • Tap an invoice row → select Edit, Print, Duplicate, or Delete.
  • Invoice number auto-generated: INV/MM/YYYY/XXX.
  • Invoice status: Processing (unpaid), Paid (paid), Zero (empty).

👤 Customers

  • Save customer data once — use repeatedly.
  • Add one by one, or Bulk Import (format: Name;Address;Tel).
  • When creating an invoice, tap Select from Customers — it goes in directly.

📦 Products

  • Save product/service list & price.
  • Bulk Import format: Description;Price.
  • When creating an invoice, tap Select from Products — it goes into the table directly.

✏️ Edit & Print Invoice

  • Default Tab — official invoice sample (read-only).
  • Edit Tab — all fields editable. Auto-save with 💾.
  • Final Tab — review & tap Print / PDF to print.

🔔 Notifications

  • Bell below — tap to view messages from Admin.
  • You can Mark as Read or Delete each message.
App is Synced with server — available offline too. Data is safe.
Backup data weekly. 📱
